We are a small business with a limited season for operating — cancellations on your part are very hard on us! As a result, we must adhere to our policies even in cases of last minute trip cancellations on your part due to personal injury, sickness, or a personal emergency. There are many factors that could cause you to amend or cancel your trip, so ensuring you have coverage for extra costs or cancellation fees is important. Our area is prone to wildfires, road closures, snow and now the unforeseen virus pandemic therefore, we can not guarantee a change in our cancellation policy due to these factors. We recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan that will cover such instances.
Pets are not allowed at Reclusive Moose Cabins & Chalet. We are happy to recommend excellent boarding facilities in the Flathead Valley, so you and your pet can have the best experience possible.
